We purchased a house that Tomas was the real estate agent for and the process was quite easy. There were a few delays in getting things signed but we believe the delay was on the owners side so no big issue with that. We also requested some documents regarding the house and Tomas and his team did their best to get those for us. He also lived local and was able to give us a few insights into the neighborhood. Overall happy with the service Tomas and his team provided.
