Best realestate in the Redlands

Simply the best

Trust the process
It’s fair to say that 2022 brings new challenges for realestate agents due to the speculation of what the housing market will or won’t do. This market needs to be navigated with patient's , I’m not personally one that possess a lot of it. Fortunately Josh clearly communicated where things were at and buyers feedback was immediately available. The feedback of course isn’t always what one want’s to hear and needs to be taken with a grain of salt. Josh’s experience saw us navigate the feedback & the offers that were presented. He encouraged us to wait for the right buyer. All things pointed to a positive outcome but it was certainly not guaranteed. The agent you choose will greatly impact this. I believe Josh achieved a great result for our family.
