Above expectations

We initially listed our house for sale with another agent and unfortunately after three months, we did not receive any significant interest in our home and the agent was requesting we lower our price. After speaking to several work colleagues, we were recommended to contact Josh from the Mr Sell team to discuss the sale of our home as they had previously sold with him and found him and his team to be prompt, efficient and helpful. When I contacted Josh, he was immediately available to come and see the home. He advised that our home was well presented, well priced and he said that he would not be surprised if the house sold in a matter of weeks. After speaking to Josh, we made the decision to list exclusively with him and the Mr Sell team. At all stages throughout, Josh and his team remained in touch with us and kept us appraised of the entire process. Our house was listed with Josh for less than two weeks and we received the offer we wanted. We could not be more grateful for Josh’s expertise and professionalism and it was great to have found an agent that worked for us, instead of lowering the price in order to gain an easy sale. Accommodating and efficient!
Josh and the team were easy to deal with, down to earth, and accommodating. When I would ask questions, they would respond promptly with the information I needed. Sold at Auction!
I was impressed with Josh's knowledge of the local market, marketing strategy and sales skills. We were concerned that because our house was a little out of the ordinary and would be difficult to sell at the price point we wanted. However, with the help of Josh and his talented team, we managed to sell at auction without the house languishing on the market for months p great result!

Absolutely fantastic
Josh and his team as far as I am concerned are leaders in the market in professionalism, finding the buyers through their marketing campaign, doing the contract documentation via the web and qualifying the buyers that are contracted so that settlements occur once the deal is set. As a seller with the Josh's team I have achieved great results. They have got me contracts when I needed them and saved my bacon. I will be using Josh and his team in the future.
