My criteria for choosing an agent for the sale of our home was to choose the easiest possible pathway that required the least possible involvement from my side. Josh was the logical choice as he had remained in contact over many years with a text or call just to touch base. When the time came to sell I only needed to text back and say we are right to go. I had faith in Josh’s ability and knowledge of the local market. Josh made the process easy from the onset to the finish and he adapted to be perfectly aligned with my requirements. I did not want to be told fluff every day and to josh’ credit he respected this and we just spoke or texted facts throughout the campaign. Whilst the sale price did not meet my ideal request, I’m comfortable that we achieved a fair price and in line with what the Current market was able to offer.
