I have sold several properties with team Janice snd Petals now and they never fail to exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend any seller give them a chance to work for you if you want top $. They are efficient and they go above and beyond for their sellers and work really hard around the clock. I sold a property that had been on the market for 2 years with another very well known agent and these girls sold it for me after listing it for a week and at 20% more than the other agent had it listed for. They are genius negotiators and pleasant to deal with and efficient beyond any agent I have come across on the Sunshine Coast and after 20 years looking at real estate here I know them all!!! Give these girls a go. They are beautiful people too and honest and will help you get your house looking amazing as well . You won’t be disappointed!

Professional Knowledgable Caring Enthusiastic Receptive are some of the words that come to mind to describe these two lovely agents. The whole experience was smooth and seamless and they helped us feel confident in obtaining a good result. It's no small thing to enter the market as a seller or a buyer for that matter....but it was the small things that made a big difference. They listened, they cared and helped with styling. Their knowledge gave us confidence. No annoying superfluous phone calls that others have had experience with other agents. They kept us informed the whole way and it wasn't about the quickest sale others boast about but in doing the work gathering the options and presenting them and never once feeling pressured. But in saying that there was no mucking around either. The girls achieved an amazing result for us and they were genuinely happy for us. We selected Janice & Petals as we trusted them more than the local Agents who told us that the market had turned and not to expect more than 5 people at the Open Home. We were shocked to have close to 250 people go through our home in just 4 open homes. The girls negotiated the best terms for our circumstances and we were very happy with the results they achieved. Their communication was excellent keeping us up to date with the offers coming in. We had 17 offers on our home. They also helped to style our home to present at it's best ! I can highly recommend Team JP to anyone else locally looking for an amazing result!
