Wayne helped make the process of buying our home very easy.
Wayne was very professional and had an excellent knowledge of the current market. The process of buying our home was very smooth and he kept us well informed throughout. He went above and beyond to provide us with documents and information. Wayne communicated promptly with us, even outside of business hours. He allowed us to take our time looking through the house several times before purchase. We would recommend Wayne to anyone interested in buying or selling their home.

Choose her if you want a reliable, professional, honest, and thorough agent
I met Treacy as a buyer. I find her very professional and reliable. She is also very thorough and is willing to go out of her way at times to meet with our requests. Unlike other agents we have met in Tsv, she does not present as judgemental or pushy. She tries her hardest to find a suitable place for us that meets our needs. I would highly recommend her for both buying and selling

Down to earth and relatable not to mention service oriented!

Above and beyond
Many real estate agents "disappear" once the contract is signed, only to reappear when it comes time to claim their commission. Paul however was with us every step of the way. From pre-sale advice about best presentation and realistic sale price ranges, opening up our vacant unit for B&P inspections, providing advice and referrals for minor repairs, Paul was with us every step of the way. Thanks Paul - job well done!!

Great Result
