Absolute scam artist, takes your money and then tells you about all the problems with your property after settlement, ( broken gate, leaking roof, dirty house) I understand that we are in a flood water crisis, however anyone with any sort of conscious would delay settlement or be truthful about what is happening during this time. Very dishonest person, steer clear, we are now left to deal with extensive repairs to living room ceiling due to heavy rain along with cleaning up the mess from the previous owner, very unpleasant experience, the only people that won out of this sale is Bev and the seller, bad karma coming towards both of you

In early February 2022 I was approached by Wayne Hay who told me had a number of potential purchasers who were very interested in buying my home. I signed up with him on 07 February and four days later a contract for sale of my house was signed by all parties. This was no mean feat since I had insisted that a six month lease back deal be a special condition of the contract. This was to allow me enough time to purchase another home in the same area. I had met Wayne earlier on a number of occasions and I had been impressed with his intimate knowledge of the Peregian Springs area and his marketing professionalism. He did not disappoint me. In summary, he is a good listener and communicator, is a very personable agent and he has proven himself to be an excellent negotiator. Now he has to find me another house in to live in!
