Excellent and professional service
Paul went all out to help me with the sale and purchase of my properties. He advised me of what to do and what not to do with the sale offering to help with a few maintenance jobs. Paul kept me up to date with every enquiry that was made on the sale and feedback after a inspection. We had a contract signed within 14 days. He let me know of the costing that I would need to be prepared for and explained the details of both contracts for sale and purchase. Paul is a professional, friendly and knowledgeable real estate agent. I would recommend him to anyone.

Sold in 6 days for full asking price!
Wayne was brilliant! From start to finish he has been amazing to work with. When he did the first appraisal he was honest and straight forward and gave us great advice on the market and what our best options were. He organised all the marketing and open homes very efficiently which resulted in offers in the first couple of days on the Market. We accepted and sold within 6 days! His advice has been outstanding and we are so happy we decided to go with Wayne! His knowledge of the area and down to earth approach gets him sales fast! Can’t recommend him enough!! Thanks again!!

Very good, great vision, knew where the buyer was coming from and hit that market.
Well I was very sceptical and thought people were only recommending him because he was a Pom! Proved wrong and rightfully so! I now feel it’s only right to recommend “Hooly” if you want to sell your house, could not fault him and his team. He had a contract on our house in the first week and was right when he said the buyers would not be from the Redlands! Got the money I wanted and his communication was spot on from day one. Most of all he didn’t lie to get the listing, two agents did and were caught out. So yes Hooly 100%

Cannot speak more highly of this exceptional real estate team.
I have dealt with many real estate firms but this family team are the best by far.Cannot speak more highly of their professionalism friendly service. Truely nothing was a problem to them, answered all my calls promptly, really look no further if buying or selling your home you won’t be disappointed in these guys.

Great experience
Peter and his team have now sold 2 properties for me and have provided ongoing support, advice and practical assistance with the whole process.
