When looking for an agent to sell my property I spoke to the agent who the property is leased through and to Bev via recommendation from a mutual associate. The other agent put together an email and told me what they would do, what it would cost and what they expected I would get. Bev insisted on meeting face to face with me at my place at a time convenient to me being a Sunday afternoon. Tick in the box - personalised. She told me that she generally only takes on a limited number of sales so she can best service her portfolio. Sold. Throughout the process Bev gave me regular updates and everything went smoothly.
