peter and his team have done such a great job selling our house. It was a rental and they took care of everything. We didn't even have to drop keys to anyone. Peter put a lot of time into getting more than out asking price and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome. He had the contract on in approx 6 weeks which in the market at the time was quite good. The buyers offered $15k less than what we wanted but he got them there and got a back up contract for the same amount. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
