Submitted a maintenance request about my hot water system, within 45mins of submitting it I had the plumbers on the phone, plumbers out within 2hours - next day new system installed. Everything was fixed within 24 hours - was blow away with how quickly Jamie-Lee responded and got it resolved, and only a week out from Christmas.
