Friendly and politely contacting me abd contacting him on text messages and he replied me all the time which is what I like the most that he siea not ignore his client or customer as I am one of his real estate vendor of my block of land before. The only thing that I did not like was I did not really get the price that I wanted. So I only giving home the 4stars.
