Best in the Business

Proactive, open and honest
This is the second property Andrew has sold on my behalf. Both times Andrew obtained excellent outcomes. On this property Andrew was able to organise a cash sale with no conditions at the price I was seeking. It was also a very short settlement. It was a rental property and Andrew negotiated an agreement with the tenant that was satisfactory for all parties so the lease could be broken at short notice and the sale proceed. Andrew managed this tricky aspect of the sale beautifully by providing guidance in regards to the financial renumeration to be offered to the tenant, and he also assisted the tenant to find another rental property. Andrew was proactive by keeping me informed the whole way through, was open and extremely helpful. Thank you for your help Andrew, and for the lovely gift basket.

Personal service at its best
Andrew provided us with the service we required assisting us with the purchase in truly professional manner. This is a true man of his word and is readily available to call anytime of day or night. He treated the owners of the property with greatest respect and made sure they were well informed of our process at all time. I was a late offer and he made sure he communicated that to the owner in timely fashion. Would recommend anyone to have trust in Andrew as the agent for the property for all sides. Trust in this game is important.
