Attentive and responsive!
We have recently purchased an apartment with the support of Luis and Curtis, and the negotiation, offer acceptance, and contract exchange went very smoothly and easily. Initially, Luis spent a few hours taking us through various apartments in the building/complex to ensure we were happy with our choice. As purchasing real estate can sometimes be, there were a few delays in settlement but both Luis and Curtis were on top of the ongoing communications and updates, helping to alleviate any stress we were feeling. Luis was happy to accomodate multiple viewings of the property, to ensure we could take photos, make plans, take measurements and get the ball rolling on some small changes we wanted to make. Luis was also very forthcoming with recommendations to tradespeople who could help us with these changes. All in all, Luis and Curtis have been very supportive throughout this process and we happily recommend them as realtors.
