He was flexible with viewing times, incredibly accomodating, and anything we discovered that needed fixing or sorting, it got done. Super helpful and on the day of giving me the key to my new home, he hand delivered it with a bottle of champagne and chocolates, unbelievable!

As purchasing real estate can sometimes be, there were a few delays in settlement but both Luis and Curtis were on top of the ongoing communications and updates, helping to alleviate any stress we were feeling. Luis was happy to accomodate multiple viewings of the property, to ensure we could take photos, make plans, take measurements and get the ball rolling on some small changes we wanted to make. Luis was also very forthcoming with recommendations to tradespeople who could help us with these changes. All in all, Luis and Curtis have been very supportive throughout this process and we happily recommend them as realtors.
