I was only able to find and secure my dream property through the hard work and dedication to her job that Bonnie has. We turned up to an open for inspection, made 1 comment around the fact that we are looking for something a little different. She proposed another property and within a week she arranged an inspection, helped work with the vendor on negotiation, and an offer was made and accepted within the week. Bonnie has been such a pleasure to deal with during the settlement period working between the vendor and myself to arrange everything from understanding the state the property would be left in to arranging keys for pick up and a really nice gesture of a personalised congratulatory card on settlement! Bonnie, thank you for everything. Our dream purchase would not have been possible had we not met you back in October last year. Bonnie has been sensation in the organising and selling of our property.
