Sure. From the monent Bonnie walked into the property she got it right. She could see the potential, its weaknes and its strength and could picture the potential buyers profile. Even though we had a higher price in mind she could see where we were coming from and we decided to put it on the market before xmas for the amount we requested. The photo shoot and write up complemented the shared vision .I am of the opinion that it has been Most of all Bonnies enthusiasm and excellent people skills that have made for such a smooth sale. I was only able to find and secure my dream property through the hard work and dedication to her job that Bonnie has. We turned up to an open for inspection, made 1 comment around the fact that we are looking for something a little different. She proposed another property and within a week she arranged an inspection, helped work with the vendor on negotiation, and an offer was made and accepted within the week. Bonnie has been such a pleasure to deal with during the settlement period working between the vendor and myself to arrange everything from understanding the state the property would be left in to arranging keys for pick up and a really nice gesture of a personalised congratulatory card on settlement!
