I can’t even begin to imagine how stressful it is being a real-estate agent is! But Harry and team make it look so easy. To him I wasn’t just a number, even though he was technically working for the seller, I felt respected and valued as the buyer. What struck me the most is how responsive he was to any calls, texts or emails. We encountered a few bumps along the way but Harry communicated well and made sure to keep me in the loop. He even went above and beyond to organise a landscaper to assess root damage I was worried about and made time to capture valuable moments of my family by the ‘sold’ sign. Harry is a great communicator and a trusting relationship was established from the beginning and continued to reach out after the matter was finalised. I felt that respect was earned on both sides of the fence (Seller & Buyer) and both parties received exceptional service. My Partner was away due to work commitments, Harry went above and beyond for me and provided me with the man power needed to do some heavy lifting when it was time to style and make ready our property for Sale. Harry was just there & I felt he was always a phone call away from providing back up support, one time I had left the sprinkler on and Harry phoned and advised me of the situation and simply said "I am heading home now and will call past & turn it off for you".
