I switched my property management to Galldon more than 7 years ago. I have been really impressed with the way they have looked after the property, made recommendations and given the right personalised advice. Don and the team always deal with any maintenance or tenancy issues effectively and respectfully as is the property was their own - their experience shows from Don all the way through their team. The Galldon team are committed and stable - unlike previous experiences with other agencies where I had to deal with a different inexperienced property manager every few months who didn't know the history of the property and didn't care. I have only had the opposite experience with Galldon. I have high expectations of any service provider and happily recommended Galldon to family and friends. No one has been let down.

Galton have been managing my property for me for nearly 15 years. I’ve always felt that they’re on my side and happy to be on the other end of the phone to help me whenever I need them. Over the years they’ve helped me to keep my tenants happy whilst helping me to maximise my returns on my rental apartment also, taking the initiative to advise me when and by how much I should raise the rent. Galton also managed my property skilfully through problem times like Covid and on another occasion when my tenants damaged the shared space in the gym, helping me to deal with the tenants and minimising my stress. Recently Adam Furman found me new tenants almost immediately after my old ones gave notice. Overall I’m very pleased with the service Galdon give and I’ve learned to trust their judgement and managing skills very much.
