Liane was so easy to deal with , very knowledgeable , the whole process was so easy from signing documents with digital signing to helping with going about renting out property , nothing was to hard . would recommend to any one wanting to buy or sell a property . we have use Garrick Realty twice and was a great experience with no stress or problems both times .

Liane Garrick went the extra mile in dealing with buyers from Victoria
Being Victorians buying for first time in Gold Coast area Liane went above and beyond to give us sound advice, review a n d understanding of how to negotiate buying interstate. It was quite different to what we experience in Victoria and we made a lot of phone calls and asked a lot of questions which she accommodated with a cheerful manner. Found her to be personable and easy to engage. Liane also gathered a wealth of information about another property we were interested in purchasing. Liane arranged inspections of the property for a family member residing in Queensland to satisfy our need to work out renovations we were planning and negotiated with vendors to obtain building plans, plumbing layout plans and building and construction details and photos to help us with future renovation of the property we were purchasing. We are very thankful to her for all that she did and do not hesitate in recommending her and her agency to others. We ourselves intend to go through her for our next property purchase. The right agent for the job.
I had engaged another agent for the three months from February to late May to sell my unit in Churchill and while there had been one contract signed the buyer was not committed and pulled out. A contract was needed within the financial year for capital gains purposes and so Liane Garrick of Garrick Real Estate was engaged on 03JUN21. She had a serious buyer sign a 22 day cash contract on 07JUN21…. four days later! Settlement went ahead on 29JUN21. Liane already had a list of buyers looking for properties and she definitely had the right buyer for this property. I have no hesitation recommending her to anyone either selling or wanting to buy. She was fast, efficient, very thorough and easy to deal with. Her communication was excellent. Thank you Liane!

efficient, intuitive, warm, friendly & delightful to work with.
