Aaron's communication with us was excellent, he was the only one (including our solicitor) who keep us informed. From our first inspection to after receiving the keys he has been nothing but helpful and supportive. He maintained contact pending the auction of the property we were interested in ensuring we knew were we stood with the competition whilst remaining fair and professional. He returns calls quickly and is only a text or call away. Trust was able to be established quickly, we highly recommend Aaron.

We have found Aaron Dunn to be a good person to deal with when buying a house. He was straight up and down with us in our dealings. His follow-up before and after the sale was very good. I purchased my first property and new home through Aaron Dunn The whole process of inspection, sale and settlement was smooth and efficient. This I believe was very much due, to Aaron's professional approach. Aaron was aware of what kind of property I was after. Making sure I was notified of new suitable listings and upcoming inspections. He was also very honest about the current situation of the property market He communicated very well with me. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain various processes. The sale of my unit 3/11 Hamlin ct Holsworthy
Just a short note on Mr Aaron Dunn's performance on the sale of my property. I can't really say much as the unit was sold within a couple of weeks thanks to a good presentation by Aaron and his knowledge into the market, knowing what would be a good asking price for my unit. Overall I was very happy to achieve $5000 dollars of my asking price as this was not expected by me.

Great advice and a great result
We approached Aaron a few months prior to selling. He gave some great advice on preparing our home and on how we should proceed. He kept in touch with us without being overbearing and then when we were ready to sell he put together a fantastic marketing campaign. As a result our first open house had a huge turnout (despite pouring rain) and a number of offers which Aaron negotiated for us. We achieved a price much higher than we initially thought possible. Aaron kept up us up-to-date in every part of the process and was always available to us. He made the process easy and stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron.
