We purchased a home that was being sold by auction by the Garry Jones team. Prior to the auction, they were very accommodating and responsive, Mark set aside time to do a pre-auction building and pest at short notice. At auction, Leesa and Garry very kindly guided us through the purchase process step-by-step. When we identified some issues in the house in the pre-settlement inspection, the Garry Jones team did make an effort to fix them promptly before we moved in (even though as an auction, the house is bought as is, and they really had no requirement to do so.) Then when our current home was flooded, and we needed to rush settlement, they were again very accommodating and ensured there were no barriers to early possession. When we did move in, we did identify some issues with the house that seemed to be carefully not advertised, possibly hidden, during inspections, but who knows if that was the seller or the real-estate. I’m sure that’s an issue with purchasing any property and as we needed to move in ASAP we accepted these issues. I think as a buyer or a seller, they are a pleasure to deal with. They seem very genuine and caring, they have that personal small-business feel, and because of this they have a vested interest in the service they provide to their clients . They present the homes well and if I was selling I would definitely use them!
