Angie is one of the most professional people I had the pleasure of speaking to as far as an agent is concerned when looking for a house to rent. This is my first experience of owning and renting a property and the team (Emily, Angie and Tia) at Gartland made the process very simple. Great communication, clear guidance and very prompt responses in regards to any clarifications I raised. Not to mention that they leased my property in under a month from first engagement and only took 4 days from when the property was advertised to confirming a tenant. Highly recommended.
