My husband and I built our first investment property which is being leased through Gartland Real Estate. Being our first property we were unsure about the whole leasing process. Emily Reed assisted us even before our property was finished being built, Emily attended hand over with my husband and pointed out some key defects. Having Emily's support and guidance through the leasing process has made our lives so much easier. Gartland are truly like a family... warm, nurturing, & filled with helpful wisdom through years of experience. We have many friends who either rent or are landlords. None, I repeat - NONE, can believe how professional, caring & upfront Gartland have been for us. Because they're filled with horror stories from their agents.
