The agents I interacted with were lovely and very helpful. When we realised that the place was lacking a red roadside bin, we contacted our agent and she dealt with the issue straight away. Although in the future won't go with Gartland Property again due to the rather strange/ excessive terms and conditions in the lease. Also I felt weird sending money for a property before reading the the rental agreement and not knowing what I àm getting locked into for the next year.

Right from the beginning I have been impressed by Gartlands tenacity, professionalism & communication throughout our dealings to date. Both Emily & Tamara have been fantastic to deal with. They know their market well and have been upfront and set realistic expectations. I was extremely impressed that they were able to find a tenant in less than 2 weeks after signing up with them in the midst of changing and challenging COVID restrictions.
