Professionalism and courtesy - what's not to like?
We have recently leased a property from Gartland. Our first impressions of the house, and also the agent were good. As renters we have often been made to feel pretty unimportant and have been given the run around from other agents. We had a quick chat with the agent (Tamara) who promised to process our application 'early next week'. True to her word, she had an answer by Tuesday. We had another application pending, but that agent hadn't responded to my 2 phone calls and 3 emails over a 2 week period, so we opted to go with Gartland - who demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. We haven't actually moved in yet, but so far all dealings have been speedy and professional.
