We found the staff at Gartland to be understanding of our rental needs. They organised out-of-schedule inspections, and allowed time for a really thorough inspection, Emily prepared a comprehensive Condition Report that covered 99.9% of potential matters of concern. Office administration worked efficiently, and when we required more time to complete our "assignments", it was readily granted. To be sure, it was a pleasant and comforting feeling to be in their hands. Thanks guys.
