We dealt with Tamara Harris while renting our property and we felt that Tamara couldn't do enough to help us. At least 3 inspections were held weekly until the property was rented and Tamara kept us well informed immediately after each inspection. Also Kate Warby did a massive amount of work to help organize to bringing the property up to scratch after previous tenants vacated. Its been a pleasure in dealing with the team at Garland and would highly recommend them to manage anyone's rental property.

We have had nothing but great service from Gartland. We had a great experience with Nathan who looked after the sale of our previous property and decided to bring our rentals over to Gartland due to this. Emily was able to find us a tenant very quickly and we were so impressed with her high level of professionalism, communication and care. Kate is now looking after the management of our rentals and we have been equally impressed with her service, ongoing communication and attention to detail.
