We dealt with Tamara Harris while renting our property and we felt that Tamara couldn't do enough to help us. At least 3 inspections were held weekly until the property was rented and Tamara kept us well informed immediately after each inspection. Also Kate Warby did a massive amount of work to help organize to bringing the property up to scratch after previous tenants vacated. Its been a pleasure in dealing with the team at Garland and would highly recommend them to manage anyone's rental property.
