Despite my generally cynical view of the industry after previous experiences elsewhere I was somewhat surprised to find the refreshing difference of dealing with Adam, and Kevin, at Garvey Real Estate. The choice to go with a small local agent rather than a larger multi office one was difficult to make, but we went with our gut feeling and once committed we never looked back.
