About Jane

A passionate property advocate who has bought, sold and renovated many homes over the years, Jane has a personal understanding of the needs of buyers and sellers. Jane appreciates the responsibility involved in managing the sale of a clients most important asset. From day one, she is full Award for Excellence, recognising the fastest growing agent across the entire Belle Property network. Jane is a tenacious people person with a unique understanding of human emotion and behaviour. Jane uses this valuable skill to provide an exemplary level of service to vendors and buyers alike. Born in Sydney's Upper North, Jane spent many years in Queensland where she was heavily involved in retail and property sales, property development and commercial leasing. She also conceptualised and built three retail lifestyle centres before returning to Sydney to follow her passion for selling residential real estate. Specialising in Cammeray, Naremburn and surrounding areas, connecting with people, her extensive property and building experience, and being real sets Jane apart from the rest.

Couldn’t recommend James highly enough

We’ve known James and Jane for over 10 years, so choosing them to sell our property was an easy decision — and James absolutely delivered. James was exceptional throughout the entire process. His communication with both us and the buyer was 10/10+, and we always knew exactly where things stood. His weekly reports were incredibly helpful, and he did a great job of setting the right expectations from the outset, particularly given we were selling in a falling market. He also project-managed all of the pre-sale activities incredibly well, keeping everything on a tight and effective timeline and ensuring the property was ready to go to market at the right time. Most importantly, he had the right sales strategy for our particular property and the market conditions, and the timing worked perfectly. James and Jane are like family to us and we genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Couldn’t recommend Jane highly enough

We’ve known Jane and James Garwood for over 10 years, so choosing them to sell our property was an easy decision — and they absolutely delivered. Experienced,focused market aware to provide advice and guidance supported by a great back office..

Very responsive and continued follow up during the sale process. Very good knowledge and understanding of local market past and current. Sensible and practical advice for the overall marketing strategy incl use of a superb drone video to highlight the property and it's attributes. This contributed to the final successful closing negotiation. The above was achieved in a most professional manner.
