At our first meeting, using his extensive local knowledge he presented a four week marketing plan culminating in an auction if our unit did not sell beforehand. Within a week he had arranged a handyman for some minor repairs, a professional photographer, who's photos led to the production of a brilliant brochure, listed our unit on 2 Internet sites and arranged our first open house. During the open house one of the potential buyers requested a second visit 3 days later.
