Jane Garwood is personable, hard working and passionate about property. It was our first time selling and Jane was happy to take the time to carefully explain the how's and whys of the process which we found reassuring. The expertise of Jane and the stylist she recommended resulted in the excellent presentation of our apartment, both in the promotional photography and the open homes. We had a huge response to our sales campaign evidenced by the large amount of groups through, contracts out and auction attendance. It was not all smooth sailing when we had a difference in opinion when setting the reserve price which resulted in a few tense moments in the days prior to auction. After robust debate and clear communication on both sides about our differing why's, Jane followed our wishes respectfully and professionally. It is a credit to Jane that we were able to work through this together and still be on the same good terms throughout. We were happy with the price achieved at auction and I found all aspects of the selling process interesting and exciting (despite the hard work involved in the preparation prior to twice weekly open homes!) and a huge part of that was Jane's knowledge, warmth and enthusiasm.
