Great buyer's agent
Theodora from Garwoods nurtured me through the purchase of my Noosa Heads townhouse. It was the perfect property for me because it fitted my antique furniture and complemented my contemporary furnishings as well. Theodora guided my decision and gave me the assurance that the property I was buying absolutely ticked all my boxes. I love my new home and very much appreciated Theodora's care towards both the owner and myself as the buyer to make sure both parties were happy.

Sold on Garwood .
We bought our unit off Theodora ! she treated us fairly and showed enough compassion for us to Sell the same unit with her 4 years later . Theodora was there for all our questions and guided us through all the tricky bits that go with Real Estate . A "no problems" very fast sale
Theodora's knowledge of the market was impressive , her her estimate for the sales price accurate . Her internet advertising was successful , with crowds of interested people turning up on open days and 5 offers above our expectation on the first Saturday , so we could choose the most attractive one .
