Proactive, professional & just the best property manager!
Our experience with Kerri from Gary J Smith has been like night and day from previous experiences. We’ve had many managers over 20 years of owning property. Her proactive, professional approach is so refreshing. She messages with solutions to anything that may arise. She’s smart, communicates on the important matters, advises on the ones she can take care. We are beyond happy and Kerri has honestly exceeded all expectations. Would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an expert properly manager. Huge shout out to her and the team at this company. Timely response to emails, we really trust her knowledge and she’s just “on it”! Always professional, knowledgeable and responsive
The property management team at Gary J Smith have always been professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They keep us informed at all times and have always found high quality tenants for our townhouse. They are experts in the property market in the Plympton area and we love that they are a local business. Their knowledge of the local market and the relevant legislation gives us great confidence in their team. Even when we have been allocated a new property manager we always receive continuous and quality service. When we recently had our tenant vacate at the end of lease the property was advertised and tenants short-listed in such a timely manner that the property was only vacant for a few days between tenants. We can't recommend the team at Gary J Smith highly enough.

Excellent service to lease house
