When we arrived at the open inspection, John was very welcoming and even engaging with the children. During the inspection John gave us time to have a look at the house instead of following us around the house. At the end there was no pressure or any tactics that most agents use to scare you thinking that their are other buyers. Once we submitted an offer John kept in regular contact with us and this didn't change once we signed the contract. The whole process was a breeze which normally can be a stressful time. The previous owners moved out quicker than expected and John was quickly able to move the date forward so we could get into the house quicker. I highly recommend John for an agent
