My wife and I decided quite spontaneously to sell an investment property in Caulfield North. Because it was late in the calendar year, we had severe time limitations in getting the property ready for sale and for the campaign before summer. In addition we were concerned about the soft market. Nonetheless Leor Samuel and his executive assistant Amanda Davenport from Gary Peer were very reassuring and did an extremely efficient job organising tradespeople and cleaners, appropriate marketing and following up potential buyers in the short window of time.
