Very average in total

Before auction good and interested and I was quite convinced the price would be asking . Disappointing at auction . I felt the 2 Gary Peer agents were wanting to conclude a sale rather than worry about the needs of the seller . Not enough negotiation with the buyer , He got exactly what he wanted , to the detriment of the us the vendor . The buyers advocate was very good and won the day . Shocking settlement date , again but enough negotiation. I felt pushed to sell the property. The agent was well aware of why we couldn’t have a long settlement.
