Michael goes above and beyond!

I am so glad that I choose to work with Michael on the sale of my property. He really knew his stuff, was very responsive, professional and was a pleasure to work with. But most of all he absolutely gave it his all to get me the best possible price for my property. And he had his work cut out for him, especially as I managed to choose to sell in a declining market, with torrential rain on Auction day, and a competitor Auction literally next door at the same time, and I was pretty stubborn on the price I wanted. But through this very stressful time, I felt 100% supported, and knew that he was doing everything possible to get me the best result. I think he said at the start of the campaign, that he treats every property like a $10 million home, and this is really true. I spoke to several agents before deciding to sign with Michael and was pretty underwhelmed with them all (especially when they heard I was selling a one bedroom apartment!). But Michael was over-delivering from day one, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
