Gateway Properties is a small, busy happy seafront family owned and operated business with a loyal and friendly team. Led by principal Doug Kennedy and his wife, Rosslyn with their daughter Cristin Kearney and son-in-law Danny Kearney, we are a family company with a lifetime of local knowledge & experience. Doug & Rosslyn have owned & operated Gateway Properties for 20 years and have lived on the Redcliffe Peninsula for decades. Gateway is located on the Waterfront at Redcliffe directly opposite Suttons Beach with easy parking. The Peninsula is a relaxed seaside town in Brisbane's Northern suburbs and less than 30minutes to the airport! Our staff are long-term, experienced & dedicated and are also considered to be part of the wider Gateway family offering you friendly, outstanding customer service with a personal touch. Sale of our house

I highly recommend Rosslyn to anyone who wish to sell their house. She has just sold our house in Scarborough and I am very happy with her service. I follow up her sales in Redcliffe for 14 years and always amazed how she was able to attain the highest possible price for the property. Quite often the price is a record high for the suburb She offered an exceptional help with the sale and marketing. Amazing photos were done (free of charge), she helped with property presentation tips and advice. Even props were provided complementary for best photo shoots. That was very nice of her. Her commission is very competitive and I am happy that I have chose her as our agent.

Experienced Agents 5+

Our house was sold very quickly. Rosslyn is very helpful, every time we had questions (and we had a lot) she answered them straight away. She is very experienced and has good morals, which is what you're looking for when finding an agent.. Gateway properties are the only agents we could trust.

Queen st Scarborough

Rosslyn and Lindsay were a great team. Very approachable, enthusiastic and professional. With exceptional photography and detail to marketing all leading to not one but two offers after only one week. We couldn't be happier with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
