I came across Mr Dave Musgrave(Dave) perchance as he had sold one of the other Units in the complex of which I was the owner of a Unit. As I said, all that I needed to do was sign documents where requred. The rest was left to Dave. At the end, I got what I wanted out of the sale, thanks to Dave and the entire exercise was hassle free.
