Before I selected any agent I went to the "sold" properties on realestate.com, and rigorously went through all similar category houses to mine, and the prices they sold for. The properties that Allison sold were, to me, clearly sold at higher prices than other agents in the area. I spoke with Allison and a number of local agents about what their strategy would be, how much they thought it would sell for, and what they suggested should be our approach regarding the current tenants who were in the property. Alison gave me a price based on comparables in the area that was above what the other agents said they could get. She expressed how important it was to treat the current tenants with care and respect… about how important community is in this area… and I could sense she meant every word. The price she thought we could get was significantly above other agent's. She told me that in the hot market we are currently in, that she didn't want to cap the amount we could get by putting a set sell price on it, and should go with an "Offers over $x" approach. In contrast, other agents told me this "offers over" strategy does not work, and recommended putting it on the market at a set price. I chose Allison. Allison's strategy was rock solid. She told me what to do to give it the best presentation. She advertised it with virtual furniture in the photos. She got everyone she could to attend the first open. We even had a written offer before the first open that was significantly above our "offers over" price. On our first mid week inspection we received 7 written offers, with an additional 4 on the Saturday open. Within a week of going to market, Allison got me nearly $100k over what other agents were going to list the property at!!! Allison is honest, caring, dedicated, and smart and I would recommend her as a selling agent to anyone in the region. I made such a great choice choosing you Allison - Thank you!

As a first home buyer I did not know very much about the process of buying a property so it was so helpful of Allison to take the time to step me through it and ensure I understood what was happening at all times. The property was a out of the way property and would not have been found by just looking at signs and local advertising. Would love to see other properties in the area to add to our experience and tell others of these properties. The land is isolated and has some communication difficulties so it will take time to connect to the Internet and Satellite phone.
