Allison was one of a few real estate agents selected to sell a few of Freedom Farms portfolio. Allison to her credit impressively sold both of them with minimal advertising. She has incredible communication skills which I believe could of been the difference between the agents in securing the sales. My purchase of this property had been a long journey and the Gatton Real Estate team led by Allison and Rhonda had been very supportive, informative and transparent with me throughout. Allison was with me through 3 different house inspections, walked extra miles to meet my busy schedule (even on the weekend), met with me after hours (so did Rhonda), and she’s led my daughter and I (with our fur babies) to our ‘new home’. Long after the settlement, the care factor from the team still exists with follow-ups and assistance when needed. Allison was very helpful and honest through the whole process, she was available to answer our questions when we weren't sure about something and helped organise the building and pest and solicitors. As first home buyers we were a little unsure of lots of things but Allison was a great help and great to deal with, I'm glad she was the selling agent as others we had met from other real estates weren't as pleasant to deal with.
