Mark was responsive in meeting with me months before I was ready to prepare my place for sale. The photos of the unit were stunning and the whole presentation really assisted in ensuring my unit looked the best it could for sale. I was very impressed on how hard Mark worked to drum up interest in my unit and gave me great advice about the relative merits of selling before or at auction.
