So impressed with Daniel, we couldn't have asked for any more

Daniel has in-depth knowledge about the local market and he really helped us best position our property for sale. Both he and his team went absolutely above and beyond for us. We were under immense time pressure having already bought another property and even though the market is tough at the moment Daniel still managed to sell our property really quickly and for a good price. We also have no doubt that Daniel worked extremely hard to get us the best result, and he always kept us updated during the campaign. Gavan also have great systems in place for marketing and vendor communication, which made the whole sale process even easier and better for us as vendors. We have no hesitation in highly recommending both Daniel & the rest of the team at Gavan Property.

Highly experienced team

Daniel Gavan and team at Gavan Property Group did a great job in selling our home. We were previously on the market with another agent who generated interest but couldn't close a deal. So we changed course and decided the sinlge most important factor we needed was an experienced deal maker. Flash marketing and lead generation count for nothing if you cant close a deal. Enter Gavan property. From the outset Daniel was clear on what was missing in our previous campaign approach. The Gavan office is staffed by highly competent people. Maddison was all over the detail and ensured the experience was smooth sailing. Andrew Taylor is an experienced and total professional who helped us navigate the final stages. Daniel is the most experienced deal maker in the district and his considered and transparent approach were the key ingredients in a successful outcome. Lesson learned - experience matters - not years in the job, but number of deals closed across all market conditions. Any agent can sell in a booming market but will they optimise the outcome and how do they fare when the market is soft. Deal experience matters!
