Daniel Gavan and team at Gavan Property Group did a great job in selling our home. We were previously on the market with another agent who generated interest but couldn't close a deal. So we changed course and decided the sinlge most important factor we needed was an experienced deal maker. Flash marketing and lead generation count for nothing if you cant close a deal. Enter Gavan property. From the outset Daniel was clear on what was missing in our previous campaign approach. The Gavan office is staffed by highly competent people. Maddison was all over the detail and ensured the experience was smooth sailing. Andrew Taylor is an experienced and total professional who helped us navigate the final stages.
