Great agent
Tracey was great from the minute we spoke to her about selling our property. She was flexible with the open house hours even taking prospective buyers through outside normal hours. Tracey kept in touch throughout the process so we always knew what was happening. Great knowledge of the area & property prices & selling points.

Meeting Tracy
We were nervous about downsizing and what would suit our needs best. Tracy responded to my initial request for a viewing very promptly and her calm, confident and intuitive approach helped us so much. As we were buying and selling at the same time there were many times I reached out with questions and concerns. She always managed to allay any concerns we had. I would like to highly recommend Tracy and Tayla at Stone Real Estate @ Toukley. We were nervous about the selling/buying process and dealing with real estate agents as we were very new to the process. In general you tend to only hear negativity regarding the industry. We were so very pleasantly surprised by our journey and all our contact with Tracy. She seems to tailor her approach to the customer depending on their needs. We needed someone with patience and understanding - as the hard sell approach would have not worked for us. Tracy managed to help us understand the processes perfectly. I wish her continued success in her careeer and life in general.

Quick and Easy
Tracy and the team were great. The whole process was very straight forward, negotiation was easy because I had confidence in what Tracy was telling me without feeling like I was being taking for a ride. Once the sale was done, Tracy was always available if I had a query and I would highly recommend her.
