First Class

My wife and I found that Alex had a great deal of experience in sales evidenced by his short career in land sales only. He put this training to good use and that was to our benefit. His follow-up work with regard to contacts, potential purchasers and “views” at open houses or contacts made through the Internet and keeping us Informed fully of where he thought the sale process was, made it easy for us to make decisions going forward on the sale of the property. Overall, Alex made the sale process easy and straightforward and virtually stress free! He even knew a guy who mowed the lawn for us on the day before the purchasers took possession of the house!!

Best Agent I've ever encounted

Alex was professional and did an amazing job, we were quoted a few different prices from Agents to sell our land and what market value we could obtain. Alex was wildly confident he could get the best price and he did! He got 13% more than the next closest agent quoted and 16% more than the average market value quoted!! Best agent around!
