Yan made this happen overnight on 31st Dec 2025. I called her on 30th Dec to discuss about the block of land & we agreed on price after 10 mis. She literally found a conveyancer who’s willing to work during the public holidays period & Yan made the magic happened deal closed on 1st Jan 2026 at 2 am.
