we gave Manor a hard task to reach a price with minimal negotiation and sell off market.

Manor did exactly as promised. Unlike many local agents the house that he sold was exactly as it was at listing, no sudden changes in condition of house or orientation of house. Manor managed to deliver to all 3 parties, the agency, the vendor and the buyer. We would use him again.
