If you want an agent to go above and beyond, Call Matt Ellis from George Brand Avoca. Matt was able to negotiate a price well above what we thought possible. He was available to do what it took to see the sale through and made rhe whole process very easy and not stressful at all. Thank you.

Matthew has excellent knowledge of the local market. His pleasant and calm manner made the whole process easy and without stress. He kept me well informed throughout and achieved a great result in a short time. I really appreciated the effort he went to in looking after the property during a very wet open house and the extra effort involved in photos for the advertising and the inventory.
