Professional, approachable and great to work with

Mark was very helpful throughout the purchase of our home. He was always responsive, kept us updated at every stage, and communicated clearly between us, the vendor and the other parties involved. We had a tight timeframe with deadlines, and Mark remained professional, patient and helpful throughout the process. Selling our family home after 15 years was one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make.
