MARK KELLY - the best in the business

We were struggling to decide what to do with our investment property and asked Mark for his advice. From start to sale he couldn't have been more helpful, giving us feedback on our ideas, and lending his experience to help us make better choices with the preparation and presentation of the property to the point we almost didn't recognise it. (And nearly decided to keep it as it seemed too good to let go!) Nothing was too much trouble, and Mark made us feel comfortable asking any questions that we had about the house, the sale and the process overall. Photos and staging were done on a Thursday. Open House on the Saturday. Monday was a Public Holiday Monday, and we received an above guide offer on the Tuesday. Mark kept us updated at every step of the process, so we never had any concerns that we were being left out of the loop. We would highly recommend Mark for the sale or rental of any property, and are very happy with the result he achieved for us.
