We had a dual occupancy to sell in Terrigal . Colin advised that the property was one of few in the area , two units on the ground on a battleaxe block. We did not wish to go to auction and Colin was happy with that. No pressure with that and advised the place was well prepared and gave us a realistic price guide. Our first attempt failed to sell and we’re advised to rent the property till the market was more favourable. .Our second attempt was successful due to Colin and his friendly staff . Colin is very honest and encouraging . He was always available for advise and the team he leads are efficient and friendly
